FAQ

How do I know that the Sweat Therapy program is right for me?

Sweat Therapy is for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, strong, and balanced - whether you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or just looking for a mindful way to move. The sessions are designed to meet you where you are, no matter your experience or fitness level.

Can I do these programs at home?

Absolutely. All workouts, stretches, and guided talks are designed for home practice. You can follow along in your living room, bedroom, or even outside - wherever you feel comfortable and safe.

What equipment do I need?

Most sessions can be done with body weight only - no fancy equipment needed to start. You’ll want a soft surface for comfort and safety (a mat is recommended), a towel for sweat, and water to stay hydrated. If you want to add resistance, you can start with household items like canned food or water bottles. When you feel ready, you can use dumbbells and an elastic band for more challenge.

What is the difference between Classes and Circuits?

Classes are guided sessions that always include a warmup, workout, and stretch/cool down.

Circuits are shorter, flexible workouts designed to be stacked in the way you want to move. You can repeat rounds, focus on a particular body part, or add extra stretches afterward.

What do I need to know before starting with Sweat Therapy?

You only need a willingness to show up for yourself. Move at your own pace, listen to your body, and remember that this is about progress, not perfection. Always check with a healthcare professional if you have any medical concerns before starting a new fitness program.
